Currently Arif Mohammad Khan is the Chancellor of this University. P.G Sankaran is the Vice Chancellor of this university in the present time. This university covers 180 acres. The placement record of this university is very best and reliable. According to the reports in the year 2023 the number of companies visited to the campus of cochin university was approx. 150.
These 150 companies were not for all the courses but only for one bachelor degree and that was B.Tech. That was an immense number as it was only for one course and if we will see the numbers of companies for all the courses than it will be around that will be jaw dropping.
